These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jlibdt platform and all its related services. By registering on jlibdt, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms. Please read each section below in full.

General Provisions

jlibdt ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms shall be considered a binding agreement between the platform and the user ("you", "member").

2.4 KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, or when required for security purposes, jlibdt may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process may require a copy of your national identity card or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

3.1 Age Verification

jlibdt is committed to protecting minors. We may request the necessary documents to verify age at the time of registration and at any stage thereafter. If a member has opened an account by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users in areas where online gaming is legally prohibited should refrain from using this platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with local laws.

3.3 Restricted Persons

The following persons are prohibited from opening an account on jlibdt:

• Any person under the age of 21
• Persons whose accounts have been previously terminated
• jlibdt employees and their immediate family members
• Persons enrolled in a self-exclusion program

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus funds become withdrawable after wagering 25 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Each bonus has a specific expiry date
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

5.4 VIP Program

jlibdt's VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The process of advancing through VIP tiers depends on the member's regular participation and activity. jlibdt reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

5.5 Promotion Cancellation

Gaming Rules

All games on jlibdt are conducted fairly and transparently. We ensure the highest standards through partnerships with world-class game providers.

6.1 Game Fairness

All our games are tested by third-party auditors and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlibdt:

• Playing games using any kind of software, bots, or automated systems

• Colluding with other members to win games

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by jlibdt

jlibdt may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or fraudulent information
• Failure to verify age or being a minor
• Suspicious financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to manipulate the game system
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

7.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account. After a closure request is submitted, pending transactions may take some time to be settled.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. In this state, a small administrative charge may apply to the account. Contact support to reactivate your account.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Financial Losses

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries the risk of losing money. jlibdt is not responsible for any financial losses arising from members' gaming activities. Only wager money that you are prepared to lose.

8.2 Technical Issues

jlibdt is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection, server issues, or other technical faults. However, we always strive to ensure maximum uptime and reliable service.

8.3 Third-Party Services

jlibdt is not directly responsible for issues with payment providers, game developers, or other third-party services. However, we will assist in resolving such issues promptly.
